No worries, we’re still shipping your favorite Delta products! We understand there may be some confusion during this time, but we are happy to announce that we are still shipping your favorite products directly to your door! Please see the list below for the states that we are unable to ship to.

Texas Delta-8 Update – A message to our Delta Extrax Customers

Big news! The Delta-8 Texas Injunction has been granted! This means we are still able to sell & ship to Texas and customers can continue to purchase their Delta-8.

Delta Extrax abides by all federal and state laws which means that we may not be able to ship our product to your state depending on your state’s current laws around Delta-8 THC and other cannabinoids sold on this website.  Here is a list of states in which Delta-8 is currently still illegal and Delta Extrax will not be able to ship products to the following states at this time.

FAQ

When will my order ship?

All orders usually have a processing time of 1-2 business days, no orders are processed over the weekend or on major holidays*.  Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping. 

*Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas

When will I receive my order after it ships?

Most of our orders ship via USPS. USPS’ shipping time is on average 3-5 business days. We are not liable for any delays once the item has been picked up*. Please contact USPS directly if you have any additional concerns.

*We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences such as but not limited to weather, COVID-19, Holiday rush, and lost packages.

What Do I do If my Package Is lost?

Although this is a rare case, a damaged or lost package is another reason why you may experience USPS shipping delays. If you haven’t received your package for more than 7 days after the estimated delivery time frame, you should consider raising the issue with USPS. For additional help contact a member of our team. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

No refunds, exchanges, or returns are allowed all sales are final

Any open product cannot be returned. 

There are absolutely no exchanges for any reason. 

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products/wrong products within 14 days of receipt of the package. The customer must provide photos of the issue, including a packing slip.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel for a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund. For help canceling your unshipped order please contact us using the Chat Option

  • Once your package has left our facility, you are no longer able to cancel your order.

Age Verification & Auto-Canceled Orders

Per FDA Laws and Regulations, it is illegal to sell to any minors. If the age verification fails, we can attempt to verify by other means if we feel that there has been a mistake. This decision is up to KN DISTRIBUTION, and at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason. 

Coupon Codes & Sales

Only one coupon code is applicable per order.  If you are having an issue with a coupon code, please contact us so we can help you place your order!

If you have missed a sale, we, unfortunately, cannot honor those sale prices once they have passed.  Keep an eye out for future specials and weekend sales!

Recurring Billing For Subscription Boxes

Once you sign up for our subscription service, you will be billed on the same day every month. If you wish to cancel your recurring billing, please contact us or cancel your subscription within the Recharge portal. Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. 

Payment Options

During the checkout process, you may choose any of our current payment options to place your order. Please note that your order will not be processed until we receive payment from you.

 When will I receive my refund?

Please contact us to verify that a refund can be given.  After approval for a return, please allow 2-7 business days for your financial institution to deposit the funds back into your account.
